On 18th of October, students from Colour For Designer (VC & MD) module visited to Wei-Ling Gallery for their field trip. Students gained their knowledge of Malaysia’s contemporary arts that are at international level, from the gallery’s art collections and display pieces, varied from traditional figurative paintings to landscapes, and to experimental mixed media pieces.
This trip allowed students to get inspired for their color theory and principles projects, and also gained visual communication achieved through usages of colours. Special thanks to Mr. John from the gallery, who kindly showed us around and explained us the details of displaying art pieces.
