Congratulations to our Fashion Design student, Andrew Low for winning the KL SOGO Trendsetter Young Designers’ Contest 2016! His winning collection “The New Turkey” is inspired by the modernization of Turkey, bringing back the past and modernizing it, to create a strong contrast of the east meet west.
KL SOGO Trendsetter Young Fashion Designers’ Contest (2016) aims at discovering and promoting a new generation of young designers, whose fashion ideas will turn Malaysia into the major fashion hub of Asia. The theme for this fashion design contest, the first to be organized by KL SOGO, is “Turkish Avant-Garde (Women’s Collection)”
